Exchanges & Returns
Changed your mind and want to exchange or return?
If momma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy. We want momma completely satisfied! We will gladly offer a full refund for all returns accompanied by an original Lovegrass receipt up to 30 days (not including shipping or gift wrapping). Items must be in tip top new, unused condition.
Merchandise credit will be offered for returns without a receipt (only for items purchased from lovegrassdesigns.com). Items purchased online may not be returned to a retailer.
Please email us when you would like to exchange/return to kim@lovegrassdesigns.com.
The cost of freight and insurance is your responsibility.

Shipping
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Standard ground shipping is used, and cost is based on weight of items. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after we ship, depending on your proximity to West Texas.
Need expedited shipping?
Hold your horses! We gotcha covered although it may cost you an arm and a leg. Email Kim at kim@lovegrassdesigns.com and she will take care of you.
Want your gift wrapped?
Oh my stars, we are happy to do so! There is a small fee of $5.00 applied to each gift wrapped.
Hate to say it, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

What makes our dinnerware so special?
So glad you asked! Our premier dinnerware is three times as strong as regular porcelain and high-fired to provide a thin, light weight, durable product made to be used every day.
How do I care for my dinnerware?
Our dinnerware isn’t meant to be stored for long periods of time in your kitchen cabinet! They get lonely and want to be on your supper table contributing to your Southern story. Our dinnerware is made to be used every day. When your meal is finished, stack them in the dishwasher then relax with some sweet tea!
Received broken pieces?
What in tarnation? We strive to make sure your dinnerware arrives to you in perfect condition, however, sometimes accidents happen.
Please contact kim@lovegrassdesigns.com if you receive broken pieces. We Southerners may take life slow and easy but not when it comes to taking care of you! We will complete a claim form and get your order taken care of quickly.
Where are the dishes made?
For well over a year, we have researched ways to have our dinnerware made domestically but without success. Although there are some great dish manufacturers in the USA, it is cost prohibitive for our customers. Labor shortages have complicated the matter as well. At this time, plain dishes are imported, and we design and decorate them in the USA. We hope to resolve this issue in the future as we would be proud to place a “Made in USA” on our dinnerware.
